memory, do makQ, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament, hereby .revoking all Wills and Codicils by me heretofore ~

I direct that all my just debts-and funeral expensQS

my decease.

_ I give, devise and bequeath to qty wife, Lillis R.
'Johnsoa, all the property I may own or have an interest
. in at the time of my death, real, personal or mixed;
provided she survives me for a period of thirty (30)
days. - .
•In the event my said wife, Lillis R. Johnson, should
predecease me, or die withia thirty (30). days after my ~
death, then in either such event, I give, devise and -

~bequaath all of my said property to my issue, per
_ stirpes, living at the time of my death or at the time ~
of my said wife s death, should she survive me but• die _ -
within thirty (30) days after my death, as the case .
may be. -
ITEM THREE ~ I
Should my wife, Lillis R: Johnson, predecease me, then - ~
I appoint Gary William Johnson, novr of Greenville,• Ohio,
` Guardian of the person of any of my minor- children who
I - to have a Guardian F
! survive me, and should it be necessary
for the estate of such child, I nominate and appoint and
request the Court to appoint the said Gary William
Johnson as Guardian of the estate of any. of my. said
children.

I intentionally make no provisions there than as herein z
provided for' any of my children or issue nocv living or
hereafter born, being confident that my said wife will
adequately provide for them if she survives me.

I make, nominate and appoint my wife, Lillis R. Johnson,
to be the Executrix of this, my Last Will and Testament,
hereby authorizing and empocvering my said Executrix to

compound, compromise, settle and adjust all claims and
! demands in favor of or against my estate, ~vithout the
order of any Court, and to sell at private or public
sale, at -such prices- and upon such terms .of credit or
otherwise, as she may deem best, the whole or any part
of my real or personal property, without the order of
