DOMICILE AFFIDAVIT

DARKE COUNTY, SS:
Before me, a Notary'Public, in and for the county and
state aforesaid, personally appeared THOMAS C. HAKES, who being
first duly cautioned and sworn, deposes and says that the
decedent, M. William Johnson, died while a resident of and
domiciled in the City of Greenville, Darke County, Ohio; that
said decedent maintained his domicile in said community for the
past 20 years; that he has never had a domicile in the~State of
Florida.
Affiant further says that he was personally acquainted.
with said M. William Johnson and that he represents the-widow
in the settlement~of his estate in the Probate Division, Common ~
Pleas Court, Darke County, Ohio.
FURTHER affiant sayeth not. -
