WHEREAS, M. WILLIAM JOHNSON, late of the County of Darke,'
and State of Ohio, passed away on May 19, 1977, in the same said
County and State, and it appearing. to the satisfaction of the
Court that said Last Will and Testament has been duly admitted to
probate and record in -the COmmon Pleas Court, Probate Division,. ~
- in and for the County of Darke, State of Ohio, the same being-a

Court with probate jurisdiction, and a duly qualified, authenticated
copy of and transcript of said Last Will and Testament and the -
probate-•thereof having been filed with this Court for record,

IT IS THEREUPON, ORDERED AND DECREED, that said Last Will 3
and Testament, bearing the date of July 1~ 1967, and admitted to
probate in said Common Pleas Court, Probate Division, in said
County of Darke and State of Ohio, on the 25th day of May, 1977,
be and the same is hereby admitted by duly authenticated copy from-
said Court to record in this Court as and for the Last Will and
Testament of the aforesaid M. WILLIAM JOHNSON, Deceased.
~ AND IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Ancillary Letters Testamentary
issue to LILLIS R. JOHNSON, as prayed, upon her taking the Oath and
Designation of Resident Agent..
