Petitioner, SARINA IIISTEFANO, previously
appointed Personal Representative of the Estate of
JOSEPH DISTEFANO, Deceased, pursuant to Rule 5.460,
Florida Rules of Probate and Guardianship, petitions
this Honorable Court to revoke the Oder of Discharge
previously entered on April 19, 1978, and as grounds
therefor says:
- 1. SARINA DISTEFANO has previously been
appointed the Personal Representative of the Estate -
of JOSEPH DISTEFANO, Deceased.
- 2. SARINA DISTEFANO, as Personal Representative
j of the Estate of JOSEPH DISTEFANO, Deceased, mistakenly -
~ failed to advise this Court that the Estate owns a chose

i in action and that this chose in action has not been -
~ liquidated. Thus, a final settlement of the Estate
and discharge of the Personal Representative is not yet.

3. Rule 5.460, Florida Rules of Probate and
Guardianship, provides for the revocation of an Order
of Discharge where it appears that-further-administration
of the estate is necessary for any cause. Pending the
