ORDER REVOKING ORDER~OF DISCHARGE
WHEREAS this Court had previously been advised
that the entire Estate of JOSEPH DISTEFANO, Deceased, .
had been properly distributed and accounted for and
therefore entered an Order of Discharge in the instant
cause, .and
WHEREAS this Court has been advised that not
all of the assets of the Estate have been properly dis-
tributed or accounted for, and
[JHEREAS this Court has been advised that
the Estate of JOSEPH DISTEFANO, Deceased, owns an
unliquidated chose in action, of undetermined value,
which has not yet been distributed and cannot distributed
until the completion of court litigation,
I NOW, THEREFORE, I, the undersigned Circuit
Judge, revoke the improvidently entered Order of Discharge
dated April 19, 1978, none pro tune and reinstate the _ ~
Letters of Administration in the name of SARINA DISTEFANO. -
