LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I, ALBERTA F. MURPHY, an unmarried woman, now residing in
San Lorenzo, Alameda County, California, being of full age and
of sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby make, publish ~
. ;
and declare this instrument to be my Last Will and Testament, ~
hereby revoking all former wills and codicils.
FIRST: I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral ~
expenses as soon after my death as shall be convenient. ~
SECOND: I instruct my executor or executrix to purchase and
have installed a headstone on my grave.
THIRD: I direct that all my estate, the property which I
possess at the time of my death, or to which I may be entitled,
. ~
real, personal and mixed, and of every kind whatsoever and where-
soever situated, or over which I may have a power of appointment,
be divided into four (4) equal shares. I give, devise and bequeath
f one (1) of said shares to each. of the following named persons:

My daughter, MARY ANN JARDINE; my granddaughter, VIRGINIA ISER ~
JARDINE; my grandson, JAMES F. JARDINE; and my grandson,

FOURTH: I nominate apd appoint my daughter, MARY ANN JARDINE, f
executrix of this my last Will and Testament, to serve without

` - bond. In the event my said daughter is unable or unwilling to
serve in this capacity, then I nominate and appoint my oldest
living grandchild executor hereof, without bond, in her name,

place and stead. In the event such grandchild is unable or un-

willing to serve in this capacity, then I nominate and appoint
my brother, RAYMOND LANTZ, executor hereof, without bond, in
