We, WILLIAM WIDLAN and ANNIE MILDRED WIDLAN, husband and
_ Wife, residing in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, mindful of '
the uncertainties of life and the certainties of death, and being of
sound and disposing mind and memory, and anxious to each make suitable
provision for the other in the event of the death of either of us, and
to provide for distribution of our Estate should one predecease the.
other or in the event We shall die simultaneously, do hereby make, pub-
- lish and declare this to be our Joint Will, hereby expressly revoking
any and all prior Wills by us or either of us, heretofore made.
ONE
It is our Will that out of the Estate of the one predeceas-
ing the other, all of the 3ust debts and expenses of administration to-
gether With dust taxes and impositions laid against the Estate, shall
be paid, and that We each be~buried in a Christian-like manner consis-
tent With our circumstances in life.
