We hereby nominate, constitute and appoint as Bcecutor
of this our Will, the survivor of us and in the event there is no -
survivor of us or same shall be incapacitated, we appoint as Executor
of this Will, the nominee of the children and if no nominee within
tirenty (20) days, then we appoint the first of the said children to
make application therefor, providing that in the event this Will
shall be executed by any of the parties herein beneficiaries, only a -
nominal bond or security shall-be required for the performance thereof.
