PETITION FOR DISCHARGE WITHOUT ACCOUNTING
The~undersigned, as personal representative of the
above estate alleges:
1. The decedent, ALEXANDER ADAM REMLER, a resident ~
of St. Lucie County, Florida, died on the~l3th day of July,
1973, and Letters of Administration were issued to Petitioner
on October 29, 1973. '
2. Petitioner file herewith a Waiver of Account and ~
Service of Petition for Discharge and Consent to Discharge of
Personal Representative.
3. Petitioner-has fully administered this estate by
making payment, settlement or other disposition of all claims
and debts that were presented and by .paying or making provision
' for the payment of taxes and expenses of administration. s

4. The amounts of compensation either paid or to be f
paid to the personal representative, attorneys, accountants,

appraisers~-or other agents employed by the personal represen-

turns with the Internal Revenue Service and the Department of
