PETITION FOR DISCHARGE ~
The undersigned, as Personal Representative of the above
Estate, alleges as follows: ~ -
l. That on November 20, 1978 this Court granted its Order
Revoking Final Discharge and Granting Letters of Administration
to your Petitioner, CHABLIS W. EIDSON,.for the purpose of
transferring additional assets of-the Estate, consisting of
30 shares of commnon stock of Mattel, Inc.., to the sole benefi- ~
ciary of the_Estate, who is the undersigned.
2. That all said stock has been transferred to CHARLIE
W. EIDSON as sole beneficiary of the Estate and by execution !
of this Petition he does hereby acknowledge receipt of said
securities.
WHEREFORE, your Petitioner respectfully asks this Court to
j enter an Order discharging him as Personal Representative of
' the Estate and closing the Estate. ~
