KNOW All MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Citizens Federal Savings and Loan Association of St. Lucie County. a
corporation under the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by
Beatrice M. Hoar, a single adult dated ~Y 12 1978 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in Official Record Book 287 on page
807, 808 ,securing the payment of the sum of Thirty Four Thousand and. 00/100

covering property in the County of St. Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby

premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the aforesaid County to cancel the same
of record.
