ORDER DIRECTING DISTRIBUTION OF SURPLUS MONEY

After due notice by and to all parties affected on January
25, 1979, a hearing was held before the Court with respect to '
the Claim to Surplus Money filed herein by the Defendant,
` NETTLES ISLAND, INC., formerly known as OUTDOOR RESORTS AT
NETTLES ISLAND, INC., a Florida non-profit Corporation. Upon
consideration, it is:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
The Clerk of the Circuit Court, Nineteenth Judicial Circuit
' in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, be and he hereby is direct-
ed to distribute from the money deposited with him and now re-
; maining in his hands the -sum of ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SIXTY ;
SEVEN AND 25/100 ($1,867.25) DOLLARS which represents unpaid
-
~ condominium assessments on the real property which forms the

~ ~ subject matter of this litigation in-the total amount of ONE
THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY SEVEN AND 25/100 ($1,567.25) DOLLARS
and a reasonable attorneys fee for the Condominium Association's
~ attorneys, LLOYD & BROWN, in the amount of THREE HUNDRED AND
NO/100 ($300.00) DOLLARS.
