THIS CAUSE having come on for consideration upon the
Stipulation filed herein, and the Court having jurisdiction of ~ .
the parties and the subject matter of this cause and the Court -
having been fully advised of the following; that DOROTHY E. HOWE
as Personal Representative of.the Estate of HOWARD F. HOWE,
- deceased, by and through her counsel of record, WILLIAM E.
SHERMAN, ESQUIRE, of Landis, Graham, French, Husfeld, Sherman
and Ford, P.A., and LUCILE-HOWE joined by her counsel of
record in this matter, GUY R. BRUNI, ESQUIRE, did enter into a
Stipulation now on file in this cause; that the attorney for ~ 1:

the Personal Representative was authorized by the Probate Court

-of the Seventh Judicial Circuit, In and For Volusia County,

~ Florida, by Order of Court, dated August 25, 1978, to enter.
into said Stipulation; that it appears that RAYMOND HOWE, RICHARD i

~ HOWE, RANDY HOWE, LINDA HOWE, DOROTHY HOWE, and RONALD HOWE did -
consentto entry by WILLIAM E. SHERMAN as attorney of record for
DOROTHY E. HOWE in her capacity as Personal Representative of
the Estate of HOWARD F. HOWE, deceased, of the aforesaid

Stipulation; that the Court being otherwise duly advised upon the
premises, it is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. That DOROTHY E. HOWE, as Personal Representative of the
Estate of HOWARD F. HOWE, deceased, shall execute in her capacity -

g as Personal Representative of the aforesaid Estate a special
