5. That the Court appointed receiver, JOE SPITZ, is hereby

ordered and directed to divide all cash equally between the
Estate on the one hand and LUCILLE HOWE on .the other hand, and

to deliver custody and control of all receivership property of
the person and in the manner set forth in this Order.
6. That Court reserves jurisdiction for the entry of

all Orders nec sary to effect the purposes intended hereby.
