FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the day of ,
1979 and the Court having given full consideration o all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court. has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife na~w

exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED AS FOLLOWS:

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between RO('~ER DALE
BASS and JOANN HIERS BASS be and the same is hereby dissolved, and
-the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bands
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.-
2. CUSTODY. Custody of MELODY ANN BASS, minor child of the. F
a

parties, is hereby awarded to JOANN HIERS BASS with reasonable
visitation rights reserved to ROGER DALE BASS.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the day of , 1979,
~ ROGER DALE BASS shall pay to JOANN HIERS BASS the sum of v'
~ each and every week for the support of the minor child named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him
d remitted promptly_to JOANN HIERS BASS. In addition there is hereby
~ assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each pay-

merit made to the Clerk. All payments shall~be made in cash, money
r
order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep
the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses
at all times while this order is in effect.
