decedent's estate is entitled to preference in appointment as personal representative because they
are nominated personal representatives in decedent's First Codicil to
Last Will and Testament, said codicil dated September 28, 1978.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this estate are U. S . Government
bonds, condominium and furnishings, automobile, rings, and savings
and checking accounts with a value~of less than $60,000.00.
