LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT -
OF -
SARAH S. CORNWALL
I, SARAH S. CORNWALL, of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament
and hereby revoke any and all other Wills and Codicils heretofore made by
me.
CLAUSE I: I direct that all of my just debts, including the expenses
of my last illness and funeral expenses and expenses of administration be
paid out of my estate by my Personal Representatives.hereinafter named.
CLAUSE II: I give and bequeath to AARON W. CORNWALL III, 819 Gales
Avenue, Winston Salem, North Carolina and to CHARLES C. CORNWALL, 825 Gales
Avenue, Winston Salem, North Carolina all benefits to be derived from the
insurance policy, being a war risk policy in World War I, on my~late husband,
THOMAS STARBIRD CORNWALL, share and share alike. _

~ CLAUSE III: I give and bequeath to MAE STEBBINS, 5679 Monroe Street, Unit

~ 107, Sylvania, Ohio--the Cape Cod chair and all of the clocks of which I may,die

possessed. -
~ CLAUSE IV: I give and bequeath to my niece, MARY JANE CORNWALL, the
g daughter of WILLIAM CORNWALL, JR., my one share in an oil lease in Brekenridge,

Texas with Socony Mobile Oil Company, Inc., to be delivered to her upon the
administration of my estate.

CLAUSE V: I give and bequeath to ST. ANDREW'S EPISCOPAL CHURCH, Fort
Pierce, Florida all my rings, including my wedding band, the proceeds from the
sale of which shall be applied to the organ fund.
