CLAUSE VI: It is my wish and desire that my condominium located at
2050 Oleander Boulevard, being Apt. lOl in Building III, Fort Pierce, Florida
and the furniture and furnishings therein be sold by my Personal Representatives
- for the fair market value of such property at the time of my death, but not at
a sacrifice.
CLAUSE VII: I give and bequeath to BILLY STEBBINS, 17751 Wood Street,
Melvindale, Michigan one Five Hundred Dollar ($500) U. S. Government Bond.

CLAUSE VIII: I give and bequeath to LOUISE C. BOHLANDER, 906 Lake Avenue,
Fort Wayne, Indiana U. S. Government Bonds totaling One Thousand Five Hundred
.Dollars ($1,500) in face value.
CLAUSE IX: I give and bequeath to HUMANE SOCIETY OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY,
INC. one Five Hundred Dollar ($500) U. S. Government Bond.
- CLAUSE X: It is my desire that the ashes of my late husband, THOMAS
STARBIRD CORNWALL, be placed inside my casket and that I be buried in Hillcrest
Memorial Gardens on North U. S. Highway 1, Ft. Pierce, Florida.

CLAUSE XI: I give and bequeath to BETTY BARREN, AZA Mobile Court, Rural

Route 2, Box 297, Swanton, Ohio any automobile of which I die possessed.
CLAUSE XII: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real and
personal, wherever situate and whether acquired before or after the execution
of this Will, I give, devise and bequeath to the following persons, share and
share alike, to be taken over and delivered to them upon the administration of
