FIRST CODICIL TO
LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
SARAH S. CORNWALL
I, SARAH S. CORNWALL, of Fort Pierce, S~. Lucie County,
Florida do hereby make, publish and declare this to be a First
Codicil to the Last Will and Testament heretofore made, signed,
sealed, published, declared and executed by me bearing date of
July 6, 1977, that is to say:
-FIRST: I do hereby revoke Clause XIII of my Last Will and
Testament and substitute in lieu thereof the following provision
to be known as Clause XIII:
- "CLAUSE XIII: I hereby nominate ERROL S. WILLES and H.
MAE STEBBINS, or the survivor of them, as Personal Representatives
of this Will, to serve without bond, and grant unto them, in ~
addition to the powers conferred by the laws of the State of
Florida, the power, without Court order, to sell all or any part

l of the real property at any time belonging to my estate, at public
or private sale, for cash or on terms." -
SECOND: I hereby republish and reaffirm my said Last Will
and Testament as hereinabove modified and amended and do hereby

publish and declare said Last Will and Testament as amended and
modified hereby as and for my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have on this 28th day of September,
1978 si ned, sealed i
