FRUIT CONTRACT
This agreement made and entered into this 21 St. -day of DeCetnber _ 19_7$-_,
by and between INDIAN R 1 V E R FOODS, INC., of Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter designated as the BUYER,
and JdT1eS King , here-
inafter designed as the GROWER or DEALER, _
WITNESSETH: That the GROWER or DEALER does hereby sell and convey to the BUYER a crop of rni~n~~__
Oranges, Grapefruit and Tangerines blooming in the year 19 and merchantable at the time of picking on
M7000 _ grove, located at Brevard County
_ which crop the GROWER or DEALER warrants to be free and clear of all en-
cumbrances, on the following terms:

~ If any of the citrus fruit covered by this contract fails to meet the State of Florida maturity standards or tests, so that it may
not be picked on or before the above moving date, the time for picking shall be extended for such additional time as may
be required to harvest the same after such crop passes said maturity test.
Said GROWER or DEALER does hereby acknowledge receipt of draft No. 29855 _ for
Fi V@ ThOUSdnd - dollars (s 5, 000.00 to apply on the purchase price of said
fruit and to be deducted as fruit is picked under this contrail. Should the fruit not be taken by the BUYER, the amount-
receipted for hereby shall be forfeited to~the GROWER or DEALER as sole liquidated damage
hereunder. If the GROWER or DEALER fails to deliver citrus fruit in sufficient quantity at the prices aforesaid to liquidate
said deposit, any remaining balance thereof shall on demand be refunded to BUYER, and BUYER shall have a lien on
future citrus crops and said grove or groves for said amount until paid.
This contrail is made subject to strikes, lockouts, embargoes or other conditions beyond contra) of the BUYER,. as well
as all State and Federal laws and regulations.
GROWER or DEALER covenants and agrees to properly-maintain and care for said grove(s) and exercise every normal
precaution to maintain fruit quality during the life of this contrail.
