This is a corrective mortgage designed to correct an erroneous legal
description appearing in that certain mortgage dated January 16, 1979 and.
recorded in O. R. Sock 301, on page 2813 of tl•e public records of St.Lucie
County, Florida, and upon which intangible tax has been paid as evidenced
by receipt No. 437050.
