is subject in every respect to the 1?erlaration of Condominium as to the condominiuan
in which his unit is located and Exhihits attached thereto, including but not
limited to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration of referred to
therein),~the By-laws of the Association Articles of Incorporation, the Rules and
Regulations, copy of projected operating budget,.cohy of sales brochure and Cloor
plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all Amendments to•the aforesaid De-
claration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation, By-laws and Declaration
of Covenants and Restrictions of the,l'roperty Owner's Association; and Purchaser
further acknowledges receipt of and reading-and examination of said Declaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and acknowledges that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to tine sucessful operation and manage-
ment of the Condominium property and is in~the best interests and for the benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforeclescribed
Condominium covenant quid agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declar-
ation of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. I'crrchaser hereby ratifies and
confirms and approves all of the teams and provisions of said 1eclaration of Condo-
minium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that tl~e assessment antler the
Property U~mers' Association documents referred to above anti the provisions thereof
are resonahle, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclo~owledges and confirms
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominiuun parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association acid said Purchaser ass~anes the
obligations as to the Propert}• Owners' Association as to iris condomini~an parcel.
Rrrchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and inducements, if any, axe
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium quid Frhihits attached there-
to, and the common expenses and the sums due snider the Property O?+i~er's ~~ssociation
and other charges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is mule or intended
nor may one be relied except where the .same is specifically warranted or guaranteed
in said Declaration of Condominium and the Exhibits attached thereto.
