PETITION FOR APPOINTMBNT OF RESIDENT GUARDIAN
OF THE PROPERTY OF NON-RESIDENT MINORS
PETITIONER, CLAYTON TRUST COMPANY, respectfully alleges
unto the Court as follows:
1. Petitioner, CLAYTON TRUST COMPANY, is a corporation
organized and existing under the laws of the State of Missouri,
having its principal place of business and post office address
at 220 South Central, Clayton, Missouri 63105.
2. Petitioner is duly and legally empowered under the
laws of the State of Missouri to serve in ficudiary capacities,
but is precluded from so doing in the State of Florida by
virtue of Florida Statutes §660.10.
3. Petitioner is the duly appointed and acting resident
•guardian of the property of Rita Marie~Huber and Nancy Jean
Huber, incompetents due to minority, who are 17 and 15 years - _
i
of age, respectively,~and whose residences and post office •
addresses are: 2852 Beachwood, St. Louis, Missouri 63143.
4. Petitioner succeeded the~late mother of the wards,
Delma Alviena Huber, a/k/a D. Alviena Huber, as guardian of _
the wards' property; petitioner further has qualif ied and
continues to serve~as the duly appointed domiciliary personal
representative of the estate of the wards' mother, Delma
Alviena Huber, a/k/a D. Alviena Huber, deceased.
5. Petitioner attaches hereto true copies of its Letters
of Guardianship for the minor wards and of its Letters of
Administration for the estate of their mother. Exemplified
