copies of said Letters have heretofore been admitted to record
by this Court in Probate Case No. 76-248, styled: "In rez
The Estate of Delma Alviena Huber, a/k/a D.. Alviena Huber,
a non-resident decedent without a will, and In Re: Guardianship
Estate of Rita Marie Huber and Nancy Jean Huber, Minors",
which case has been closed and the file retired. Said exemplified
copies are recorded among the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in O. R. Book 255 at pages 234 - 237, inclusive. '
6. Upon embarking upon its duties as domiciliary guardian,
petitioner determined that the minor wards were the owners in
fee simple of real property situate and being in St. Lucie
.County, Florida, to-wit:
Lots 8 to 11, inclusive,_Block 2, ST. LUCIE
GARDENS SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 1, page 35, of the
public records~of St. Lucie County, Florida,
being in Section 26, Township 36 South, Range
40 East, lying West of U. S. Highway No. 1.
and that their title deraigned from the following instruments:
(a) Warranty deed of conveyance from T. Joseph Constantine,
Trustee, joined by his wife, Jane Constantine, to D.. Alviena
Huber, as Custodian for .Nancy Jean Huber and Rita Marie Huber

I under trust agreement dated May 15, 1967, which deed was dated
June 25, 1971, and recorded in O. R. Book 194 at page 1405 of
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
(b) Corrective quit-claim deed from T. Joseph Constantine,
individually and as trustee, joined by his wife, Jane Constantine,
to D. Alviena Huber, as Trustee for Nancy Jean Huber and Rita
Marie Huber, dated October 15, 1976, recorded-in O. R. Book 261
at page 207 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
7. The corrective quit-claim deed referred to in Paragraph
6(b) recited an intention of correcting the designation of
