sufficient guardian's deed to those entitled thereto, thus
-causing the merger of the legal title to said real property _
with its equitable title that has heretofore passed to those
naw awning and in possession of said property.
12. By its consent filed herewith, Sun Bank of St. Lucie
County evidences its willingness to serve in the required
capacity.
13. The wards, Rita Marie Huber and Nancy .Jean Huber,
now own no property situate in the State of Florida, other
than the naked legal title sought to be transferred, which.
is of no value to said wards.-
