A tract of land lying in the Southwest ~ of-the Southeast ~ of Section 13, Township
35 South, Range 38 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Southwest ~ of the Southeast ~ of Section 13,
Township 35 South Range 38 East, said point lying on the center line of Trowbridge
Road and being further identified as lying 25 feet Easterly of a lightwood post
