2. ANNIE C. TII.i~lAN is 86 years of age and vas adjudged incompetent
on the day of January, 1979 by the above captioned Court.
3. Your petitioner is the son of the incompetent ANNIB C. TILLKAN;
the said ANNIE C. TILLMAN, incompetent is the owner of real and personal property
of the approzimate value of $26,810.00, described as follows:
Real Property: Resub. of Surora Heights S/D, S. 58.25 feet
of Tract 4 and all of Tract 7, public records
of St. Lurie County, Florida - - - - - -$26,610.00
