RESOLUTION NO. 79-6
NHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planping and Zoning Commission,
after holding a public hearing of which due notice was published
at least fifteen (15) days prior to said hearing and all owners
of property within 300 feet were notified by mail of said haring,
. has recommended to the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County that the hereinafter described request for a change in
zoning classification be GRANTED, and -
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public
hearing on January 23, 1979. after first publishing notice of said
hearing in the News Tribune on•December 26, 1978.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE ZT RESOLVED. by the Board of County
Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled
this 23rd day of January, 1979, as follows: t
1. That the zoning of the following-described property in
St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
33 34 40 Begin at a point where southern boundary
Olson's Subdivision intersects East right of way
U.S. 1, run N. 89 deg 25 min. 19 sec East 400.80
feet, thence S. 1 deg 23 ain 41 sec East 255.95-
- feet, thence S. 89 deg 25 min 19 sec West 316.85 -
feet to'point on East right of-way U. S. 1,. thence
northwesterly on curve concave to right having
radius of 11,359.2 feet and a central angle of 1
deg 21 min 33 sec .269.46 feet to Point of Beginning.

E owned by FORT PIERCE BOWLING LANES, INC., be and the same is
hereby changed from M-1 (manufacturing) to B-3 (a=terial business).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Zoning Director of St. Lucie
County is hereby authorized and directed to cause the changes to
be ma8e on the Official Zoning Map of St. Lucie County as set out
above and to make notation thereof of reference to the date of •
adoption of this resolution.
