REs Tract "B" of the Taylor Subdivision, according to
a plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, at page 12,
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida
Before me the undersigned authority, personally
- agpeared Lewis E. Witt who being first
duly sworn did depose and say:
1. That he has personal knowledge of the facts
stated herein.
2. That he knows that at the time John Katopis
and Nicholas Doris owned Tract B of Taylor Subdivision,
according to a plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, .
at page 12, of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, they never-resided on said property as that
property remained unimproved during the entire time
they owned it.
FURTHER AFFIRANT SAYETH NOT.
