ORDER
This cause came on for hearing on November 28, 1978 on
the Wife's Motion for Order of Contempt and the Husband's Motion
to Modify the Final Judgment and the Court having heaYd testimony
of the respective parties and argument of counsel and being fully
advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: .
1. That the Final Judgment, Dissolution of Marriage,
entered on August 29, 1978 be and the same is hereby modified as
follows: - -
- A. Paragraph 4 is deleted in its entirety.. The -
Husband shall not be required to make any rehabili-
tative alimony payments to the Wife subsequent to
November 15, 1978.
B. That portion of Paragraph 10 as to the Husband,

JACK HYLICK, JR., paying one-half of the reason-
able maintenance and upkeep.of the marital dwelling
shall be stayed until December 1, 1980. Thereafter,
commencing December 1, 1980 the Husband shall pay
- one-half of the reasonable maintenance and upkeep
on the marital dwelling and pay one-half of all
re-occurring monthly expenses incidental thereto.
C. Paragraph 11 is modified so that commencing
December of 1978 the Husband shall make one-half
of the monthly installment payments on the Cordova

automobile now in the possession of the Wife until
the same has been paid in full; said payments shall
