-JIMMY LEE WILSON; having appeared and the Court having-considered
the testimony and having considered the papers and pleadings and the
file herein and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Warrant of Arrest .entered
by this Court on November 21, 1978, be and the same is hereby dismissed.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
on this 31st day of January, 1979.
