FINAL JUDGMENT ' DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the 1st day of February, - 1979, and the Court having given full consideration. to all the evidence, finds and determines: This~Court has jurisdicti of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the re- lation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE:-The marriage between DENISE LEADABRAND and MICHAEL LEADABRAND be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby foreve freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore exisiting between l i them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained-for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
