MYRTER, ) - ) - Wife.. ) . - FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE THIS CAUSE came on for trial on this the 1st day of February, 1979, ~ and the court having given full consideration to all of the evidence, finds and l determines that this court has- jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter ~ of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife: now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken I - and _shouid be dissolved. . s - k IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED: E 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between JANET R. MYRTER and GERALD J. MYRTER be and the same is hereby dissolved and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising 1 therefrom. ~j 2. NAME CHANGE: Petioner's former name is changed and she ~ shall be known as JANET R. MEASE hereafter. ~ ? j 3. PROPERTY: The property settlement agreement admitted into I jj evidence is hereby incorporated herein aby reference and the parties are { ordered to comply with the provisions thereof. I ii ~ i 4.
