CASE NO. 78-1266 FR IN RE: The Marriage of ) MILTON SCHARFMAN,~ ) ~ ' Husband, ) and ) MERILYN RUTH SCHARFMAN, ) Wife. ) - FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial this i-yam day of February, 1979, and the Court, having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines; this Court has juris- diction of the parties and subject. matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between = i I MILTON SCHARFMAN and MERILYN RUTH SCHARFMAN, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby i forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. _ 2. CHANGE OF NAME: Petitioner's former name is restored, and she shall be known as MERILYN RUTH KILGORE here- after. 3.
