herein, and being fully advised in the premises it is hereby:
ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED by this Court:
1. The court finds that the tenancy of the Plaintiff
DARLENE ENSCORE is a residential tenant under Florida Statutes
'i
Chapter 83, part 2, and that her tenancy must be terminated
is
by proper notice, service of process, and order of .eviction by

the proper court; and.
• 2. That Defendants MITZI BROWN and WILLIAM E. t

TESCHNER, their servants, agents and assigns be and hereby are,
y jointly and severally enjoined and restrained from evicting

without court order or interfering with the peaceful possession ~

and tenancy of Plaintiff and her family in the subject premises

511 S. Ocean Drive, Ft. Pierce, Florida; and further
3 3. That Defendant is hereby enjoined from further
