SUPPLEMENTAL FINAL JUDGMENT
This cause coming on for hearing based upon Motion for
Supplemental Ffnal Judgment filed by Defendant, Board of
County Commissioners of St.Lucie County, Florida, to ascertain -
how much of the surplus in the Registry of the Court shall be
awarded to this Defendant, and based upon the evidence presented
and an examintion of the Laws of Florida and Special Acts of the
Legislature applicable in this matter and the Court being fully
advised;.

IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
- 1. Due notice of this hearing has been had upon all of the
Defendants.

2. This Court has jurisdiction in this cause and its
~ subject matter.
3. Defendant, Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, has a valid lien and-claim against the proceeds in the
Registry of this Court in the amount of $385.43 plus interest at the
legal rate, said interest amounting to $139:89 through the date
of this hearing.
4. The above itemized sums are now due and owing to the
Defendant and the Clerk of this Court is hereby directed to forth-
~ with pay said sums directly to Defendant, Board of County Commissioners
