CASE N0. 78-1181-FR IN RE: THE MARRIAGE OF: REBECCA STUBBLEFIELD, Wife, and PAUL JOSEPH STUBBLEFIELD, Husband. FINAL JUDGMENT THIS CAUSE coming on for final hearing on the 29th day of January, 1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all of the evidence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject.. matter of this suit;.that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the Plaintiff and the Defendant; the equities are with the Plaintiff and against the Defendant and the Plaintiff is entitled to a divorce. It is thereupon - • ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: • 1. The marriage between the Plaintiff, REBECCA STUBBLEFIELD, and the Defendant, PAUL JOSEPH STUBBLEFIELD, be and the same is hereby dissolved and the said parties and each of them are hereby forever freed i from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. Custody of Lori Stubblefield, age 9 years; Kimberly Stubblefield, age 7 years, and Pamela Stubblefield, age 2-1/2 months, minor children of the Plaintiff and the Defendant, is hereby awarded to the Plaintiff REBECCA STUBBLEFIELD, with reasonable visitation rights .reserved to the Defendant, PAUL JOSEPH STUBBLEFIELD. r 3. Commencing the day of 1979, the Husband shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the sum of $ ..Jy~ each and every week for the support of the children herein named, which shall be remitted promptly by the Clerk to the Wife. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check.
