' MORTGAGE
The Mortgagor JOHN H. BOLT and JEAN M. BOLT, his
wife in consideration of the principal sum specified
in the promissory note hereafter described; received
from William~J. Macfarlane and Hazel M. Macfarlane,
his wife, the Mortgagee, hereby, on this 29th day of .
peceniber, in the year 1978, mortgagee the real prop-
erty in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
Lot 13, Block 6, of RIVER PARK SUBDIVISION,
Section Unit 3, a Subdivisign according to
the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 10,
page 80, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida
as security for the payment of the promissory note of
which the following is a copy
Mortgage Note
$30,000.00 December 29, 1978 -
John H. Bolt and Jean M. Bolt ("Bolt's"), his ~ -
wife, hereby promises to pay to the order of William J.
Macfarlane and Hazel M. Macfarlane his wife, the prin-
cipal sum of thirty thousand dollars ($30,000.00) with
interest from the date hereof on the unpaid balance
thereof,-computed at the rate of 78 percent per annum
until the principal and interest have been paid in full.
Said principal and interest are payable in one hundred
and eighty (180) installments of two hundred and seventy
dollars ($270.00) payable on the 1st of each month com-
mencing January lst, 1979.
This note is secured by a first mortgage of even
h date here~ith covering certain real estate therein des-
cribed, and located in the County of St. Lucie, ~in the
State of Florida.

Provided the Bolt's can prepay any amounts, including
the entire sum outstanding, and the interest will be re-
duced by the rule of seventy-eight.
