GRANT OF EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE P~tESENTS that ALLEN F. GREEN, JR. and
RONNIE T. GREEN, as Co-Trustees of the ALLEN F. GREEN, SR.
IRREVOCABLE TRUST, hereinafter called "Grantor", in considera-
tion of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other valuable con-
. sideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby
grant to GENERAL DEVELOPMENT UTILITIES, INC.,. a corporation
organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida,
whose address is 1111 South Bayshore Drive, Miami, Florida 33131,
hereinafter called "Grantee" and to its successors and assigns, an
easement over, around, upon and under the following described prop-
erty to be used for the purpose of installation and maintenance of
water lines on the described lands of the Grantor,~which lands are
situate in the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida and more
particularly described as follows:
A strip of land ten feet in width running parallel to the
West right of way line for U. S. Highway No. 1 (State Road
~5) of the following described parcel:
A part of Lot 9, Block 2, St. Lucie Gardens, as recorded in
Plat Book 1, page 35, and being in Section 26~, T36S, R40E,
~j St. Lucie County, Florida, being more particularly described
as follows:

From the intersection of the West right of way line for U.. S.
Highway number one (S.R. #5) and the west line of aforesaid
' Section 26, run South along the section.line a distance of
806.284 feet to the point of beginning, thence on a 90°00'
angle run-East 421.91.6 feet to the West right of way line for
U. S. Highway number one, thence run Southeasterly along said
. right of way line 150 feet, thence run West parallel with the
North line of the parcel being described, a distance of 491.466
feet to the West line of said Section 26, thence run North .
132.904 feet to the point of beginning.

A strip of land ten feet in width running parallel to the West
right of way line for U. S. Highway No. 1 (State Road ~5) of -
