From the intersection of the West right of way line for
~U. S._Highway No. l.~S.R. #5) and the West line of the afore-
said Section 26, run-South along the Section line a distance
of 673.38 feet to the point of beginning,. thence on a 90°00'
angle, run East 352.366 feet to the West right of way line
for U. S. Highway No. 1 thence run Southeasterly along said
right of way line 300 feet, thence run West parallel with the
North line of the parcel being described, a distance of 491.466
feet to the .West line of said Section 26, thence run North
265.808 feet to the point of beginning.
together with the right and privilege to repair,_reconstruct, inspect,
improve or relocate such water lines within the area above described
with all rights and privileges necessary and convenient for the full
enjoyment or use thereof for the above mentioned purposes including
the right to cut and keep clear all trees, undergrowth and other ob-
struction within said easement and also including the right of ingress
and egress over adjoining lands of the Grantor for the purpose of
exercising the easement herein granted.
The Grantor, however, reserves the right and privilege to use
the above=described right-of-way for all purposes except as herein
granted or as might interfere with Grantee's use, occupation or en-
joyment thereof, or as might cause a hazardous condition; and pro- _
vided further by way of illustration and not of limitation~to the
grant herein made, no portion of the right-of-way shall be excavated
or altered without written permission of the Grantee and no build-

ing, structure, or obstruction shall be located or constructed on _
.said right-of-way by the Grantor, its successors, heirs or assigns.
Should Grantee remove or abandon the use of its Facilities or
fail for any reasonable period of time to exercise. the rights herein s

granted, then in that event all rights and privileges hereunder
shall cease-and the easement, privileges and rights herein granted
shall revert to the Grantor. ~
In the event that Grantee, its employees, agents or contractors,
etc. cause damage to the property of the Grantor in the exercise of
the privilege granted in this easement, Grantee agrees to restore any
property so damaged to its original condition.
