KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that THE SOUTHLAND CORPORATION, a ~
Texas corporation, authorized to do business in the State of Florida, '
hereinafter called "Grantor", in consideration of. the sum of ONE DOLLAR
($1.00) and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, does hereby grant to GENERAL DEVELOPMENT UTILITIES, INC.,
a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of
