GRANT OF EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that YATES FUNERAL HOME, INC. a
Florida corporation, authorized to do business in the State of Florida,
hereinafter called "Grantor", in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ~ ~ ~
($1.00) and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby .
acknowledged, does hereby grant to GENERAL DEVELOPMENT UTILITIES, INC.,
a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of

an easement over, around, upon and under the following described property
to be used for the purpose of installation and maintenance of water

within said easement and also including the right of ingress and egress
over adjoining lands of the Grantor for the purpose of exercising the
easement herein granted.
