PETITION FOR DISCNAR~E
The undersigned, as personal representatives of the above
estate, allege:
1. The decedent, L. 0. STEPHENS, a resident of St. Lucie
County, Florida, died on August 26, 1976 and Letters of Administration
were issued to Petitioners on September 1, 1976
2. Petitioners filed herewith waivers signed by all in-
terested persons, other than Petitioners, waiving the filing of
a final accounting.
3. Petitioners have-fully administered this estate by -
makin~ payment, settlement, or other disposition of. all claims
G and debts that were presented, and by paying or making provision
~ for the payment of all taxes and expenses of administration.
4. The amount of compensation paid to the attorney for
the estate is set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
5. Petitioners have filed all required estate tax returns
with the Internal Revenue Service and with_the Department of
,i ~tevenue of -the State of~Florida, and has obtained and filed with
this court evidence of the satisfaction o£ this estate's obliga-
tions for both federal and Florida estate taxes.
6. Petitioners have made distribution of the assets of
this estate as set forth in the schedule of distribution attached
hereto as Exhibit "B", to each beneficiary.
7. The only persons, other than Petitioners having an
interest in this proceeding and their respective addresses are:
