IN ADDITION TO THE COVENANTS HEREINAFTER SET OUT, THE MORTGAGORS
HEREIN COVENANT AND AGREE THAT: ~

date, the payments called for in the first mortgage now

(2) The MORTGAGORS herein shall at the request of the MORTGAGEE
herein, acknowledge in writing, the existence of this
mortgage and the amount still-due thereon, on an estoppel
form provided for this purpose by the MORTGAGEE herein.
