FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before me the 25th day
of January, 1979, on the Plaintiffs' Motion for Summary Judgment
and: Default and the Defendant, REID GOOD«I~1, being present and
the Court hearing-his testimony and being otherwise advised in
the premises hereby grants plaintiffs' Motion for Sutmnary Judr~ment
and Default, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED
1. plaintiffs, LLOYD TAYLOR and CLOTILDE F. TAXI.OR,.is
due $28, 558.30 as principal, $2,898.55 as interest to date of_ this
i judgment, $692.-09 for taxes, $206.00 for insurance premiums, and
$44.85 court costs now taxed, under the Articles of Agreement
sued on in this action making a total sum of $32,399.79.
2.- Plaintiffs hold a lien for the total sum superior to
any claim or estate of defendants, REID GOODtlIN and RUTH ~OODt•]IN,
on the following described property in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lots 9 and 10, less North 40 feet
of Lot 10, Block 4, Revised Plat
of South 25th Street Subdivision,
as per plat thereof on file in
a Plat Book 11, page 46, of the
- public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
3. If the total sum with interest at the rate prescribed
by law and all costs of this action accruing subsequent to this
judgment are not paid within ten (ln) days from this date., the
