TAXI.OR,.is due $28, 558.30 as principal, $2,898.55 as interest to date of_ this i judgment, $692.-09 for taxes, $206.00 for insurance premiums, and $44.85 court costs now taxed, under the Articles of Agreement sued on in this action making a total sum of $32,399.79. 2.- Plaintiffs hold a lien for the total sum superior to any claim or estate of defendants, REID GOODtlIN and RUTH ~OODt•]IN, on the following described property in St. Lucie County, Florida: Lots 9 and 10, less North 40 feet of Lot 10, Block 4, Revised Plat of South 25th Street Subdivision, as per plat thereof on file in a Plat Book 11, page 46, of the - public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. 3.
