Lee, Massachusetts, and the Court being fully advised therein, thereupon,

1. That ERROL S. WILIES be and he is hereby allowed to withdraw -
as attorney of record for J. PETER LAHERT.
2. That the Motion for Re-Hearing is denied and the parties are
ordered to comply with the Final Judgment~as entered.
