J03NT STIPULATION AND ORDER -
COME NOW the parties to the above-captioned matter
. by and through their undersigned attorneys, and stipulate as
follows:
1.. That the Wife, HELEN DAKE, shall retain primary
custody of the minor child-of the parties, KELLEY DAKE, with
the Husband to have the right of weekend visitation, a forty-
five day period of visitation during the summer and other
liberal rights-of visitation with the minor child as the
parties may see fit.
2. That the Wife, HELEN DAKE, agrees that she will
not remove the minor child of the parties from the State of
Florida for a period of at least five (5) years.
~ 3. That the Husband is to pay the child support

~ payments for the minor child of the parties in the amount
of $20.00 per week until the minor child reaches the age of
eighteen (18) years, together with $15.00 per week towards
the arrearage previously determined by this Court, for a
~ period of five (5) years, said payments to be made to-the
Clerk of the Circuit Court for St. Lucie County, Florida.

It is further agreed between the parties that the Husband
is not. required to make said payments during the forty-five
a
day period of visitation during the summer.
