THIS CAUSE CAME on to be heard-upon the Husband's Motion to -
Strike Motion for Counterclaim and upon the Husband's Motion to
Dimiss Petition for Modification, and upon the Court hearing
argument of counsel and being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is: -
ORDERED-as follows: -
1. The Husband's Motion to Strike Motion for Contempt is
granted;
2. The Hosband's Motion to Dismiss Petition for Modification-
is denied.- By agreement of counsel for the parties, the attorney
r for the Husband shall have seven days from the date of this Order

in which to file a responsive pleading or otherwise plead.
