County, Florida, viz:

The Grantors expressly provide for the following restrictive '
covenants:
1. No more than 3 single family residences shall be built on
_ the property herein conveyed.
2. No more than a total of 2 horses or cows shall be main-
tained on said property.
3. Any dwelling built on said property shall have a minimum
of 1800- sq. ft. on the first floor.
4. No trailers, boats, nor unused autos shall be kept on said
property for more than 30 days unless enclosed in a suitable
structure. Further, the above described items shall not be
stored in front of any dwelling existing on~said property now
or to be built in the future.
THESE COVENANTS SHALL RUN WITH THE LAND.
