Grantee, by acceptance and execution of this deed, aclmowledges that this
conveyance is subject in every respect to said Declaration of Condominitun and

ation and said exhibits), including, but not limited to, the said I?iembership
Agreement .(and amendments, addendtmns and/or supplements thereto). Grantee acknow-
ledges that each and every provision of the aforementioned doctanents and all main-
tenance and management of OCEANA OCFANFRUYT CAVDONQNIUM ONE as a residential
condominitAa of the-highest standards, and Grantee, for and on behalf of himself,
his heirs and assigns, agrees to abide by all the terms of said doctunents.
Grantee hereby expressly ratifies and confirms the execution of said i?Iember-
ship Agreement (and any amendments, addendtm~s and/or supplements thereto) by
OCEANA OF H[fTCNINSON ISLAND, INC.-, on behalf of Grantee herein and other grantees
of apartments in the Condominitnn and further ratifies and confirms. the execution - F
of said Membership Agreement (and any Amendments, addendums and/or supplements
thereto by Oceana Recreation Association, Inc. -
